BUILT BY AN EDUCATOR. FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.
Knowledge is learned.
Clinical judgment
is forged.
Give respiratory therapy students a place to connect what they know with what they do—and give faculty the evidence to guide what comes next.
ONE CONNECTED TEACHING APPROACH
From the classroom
to the next decision.
Start with a concept. Put it into a patient situation. Review the reasoning, then choose a focused next step. FORGE brings learning and faculty review into the same conversation.
01 / LEARNING
FORGE Academy
RT Ready
Interactive lessons, assignments, unit reviews and five 160-question NBRC-style practice forms. Review completed work, inspect missed decisions and assign focused follow-up.
- Class and individual learning evidence
- Original results and separate practice
- Faculty-guided next steps

RT FORGE
Patient encounters built around assessment, treatment choices, response and reassessment. Make a decision and examine the reasoning behind the next one.
Use the recorded demonstration to explore the encounter experience. Faculty evaluation confirms the available case and reporting scope.
Watch the clinical demonstration ↓03 / PHYSIOLOGY
Ventilator Simulator
& Living Lung
Explore patient–ventilator interactions, settings, respiratory mechanics and a visual lung model. Connect a change at the controls with a change in the patient model.
04 / PROGRAM EVIDENCE
RT Program Ready
Organize standards and supporting evidence, review readiness gaps and track action plans. Prepare faculty and reviewers to find the evidence that matters.
A separate program workspace. Request an evaluation to review the workflow with fictional records.

THE FACULTY WORKFLOW
A score is the beginning
of the conversation.
01Assign with purpose
Choose a lesson or exam and define who needs the work.
02See the reasoning
Review completed results and the decisions behind them.
03Shape the next step
Use the evidence to select focused teaching and separate reassessment.
Fictional learner and case records are used in demonstrations. Automatic import of live RT FORGE case results into Academy remains unconnected. Simulator activity is not a validated competency score.

CONNECT THE READING TO THE REASONING
A resource that stays
with the learner.
The proposed education package includes licensed digital copies of THINK LIKE AN RT. The companion faculty resources include eight unit-based QTI question banks—not just eight quizzes.
Students may retain their licensed PDF after graduation. Printed copies are available separately.

A PRACTICAL START FOR YOUR PROGRAM
Evaluate first.
Choose what earns its place.
Begin with a complimentary 30-day faculty evaluation for up to three named faculty or administrators, using fictional demonstration data. No purchase obligation or automatic billing.
ACADEMY EDUCATION PACKAGE$1,500 / cohort
For one named cohort, up to 40 students and four faculty. Access dates cover the agreed cohort term, including any agreed exam-review period.
Academy, clinical cases, ventilator and lung tools, and a licensed PDF book allocation.
COMPLETE FORGE PACKAGE$2,500 initial package
One Academy cohort plus the first year of RT Program Ready, up to 40 students and four faculty or staff.
Additional Academy cohorts are $1,500 each. Program Ready is shared by the program at $1,000 per year.
RT PROGRAM READY$1,000 / year
For one program workspace and up to four named staff, covering all cohorts in that program.
Program evidence organization, review workflows and action planning.
Institutional pricing in USD, subject to an accepted order and applicable tax. Academy is per named cohort, not per year; Program Ready is annual per program. Two concurrent Academy cohorts plus one Program Ready workspace cost $4,000 initially. Cohorts above 40 students, additional staff or campuses require a quote. No separate student platform fee within capacity.
How can FORGE work with our LMS?
Begin with links from your course to Academy and evaluate the available QTI question banks for import. Students sign into Academy and faculty review detailed results there. Full LTI 1.3 launch, automatic grade return and roster synchronization are not currently represented as implemented; integrations require separate scope and testing with your institution.
What happens after the faculty evaluation?
Review the agreed goals together, then choose whether to continue. A proposed 60-day classroom pilot supports up to 25 students and three faculty: $500 for Academy or $750 including Program Ready. Pilot credit and annual renewal terms are described in the evaluation form.
What support is included?
The proposed scope includes one remote onboarding session, help with initial setup and business-hours email support. Confirm hours, access, any required privacy arrangements and the evaluation plan before activation. Custom work and institutional integrations are quoted separately.
